Markos graduated from Swansea Law School with an LLB in Law and an LLM in International Maritime Law. He is a qualified Greek lawyer, having trained with a leading maritime law firm in Piraeus.
Markos latterly worked for two years with Kristen Marine SA in their insurance and claims department, where he gained hugely beneficial practical experience in handling a broad range of maritime claims, and in the placement of marine insurance. He is also employed in the Claims Department of a leading tanker management company.
